There are a few supplements we will want to include in our shake to naturally increase your testosterone levels.
The first of these supplements is zinc. Zinc works by helping prevent your body from producing too much estrogen so that you can focus mostly on testosterone without being hindered. A good level to start out at is 25mg of zinc.
The next vitamin is D, which helps free testosterone and allow it to do its job with repairing tissues. Here we’re taking 3,000 IU of D3.
Fish oils are our next important vitamin. You will need plenty of Omega 3 fatty acids to help support a high testosterone environment in our bodies.
Testosterone Boosting Shake
To start our shake for boosting your testosterone levels naturally you will want to start out with a base of a few raw eggs. Put the whole eggs (without the shell) into the shake and mix them up.
After the eggs, you will need to throw in some whole organic milk. The closest to natural you can get the better. Chia seeds are also great for omega 3 supplementation and go nicely with the rest of the shake. You can flip flop with flax seed as well for diversity.
Break 2 raw eggs into a cup with the yoke and whites
Mix them up nicely in the cup
Add whole, organic, raw milk to get maximum nutrients.
Add about half a cup into your shake.
Next add a scoop of chia seeds into the shake.
Drink this mixture 3 times a week.
Of course you can also add some extra protein in the form of whey or casein protein powder.
